Engine Warranty Administrator  - Experience Required

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Code, close and file claims for all engine manufactures.
Provide warranty support to service departments
Track, correct and address pending claims not to exceed 30 days
Tracking & processing open repair orders on Warranty.
Working with Supervisors, Lead man, and Service Managers on trends issues, workmanship warranty issues, and/or shop repair and paperwork issues.
Back up support to SVC & Mgt team to work with shop on Warranty determination and repair plans as needed
Other Centralized warranty projects as assigned.
